A virtual design service is a service that’s fully remote. We’ll communicate with you via Microsoft Teams, and all completed design documents will be provided digitally. Our virtual design packages are a convenient choice for smaller projects and projects further afield. For larger projects that require a more tailored approach, we also offer Full Service Design. We offer three set-price virtual design packages for homeowners: The Layout Edit, The Material Edit and The Home Edit. Each package is designed to provide focused design support in a simple and accessible way.

Getting started is easy! Simply submit your Full Service or Virtual Design enquiry and complete the short questionnaire via the form on our website. Once we’ve reviewed your enquiry, we’ll be in touch to confirm if we can help and to arrange a convenient time and date for your initial consultation call.

The consultation will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams and is a chance for us to chat through your space, understand your needs in a little more detail and delve further into your brief. It’s a relaxed opportunity to talk things through, ask questions and make sure we have a clear understanding of your brief, before commencing any work on your bespoke design documents. We allow up to 60 minutes for the initial consultation on our virtual design packages.
