This inviting Reading Room was designed to exude warmth and calm, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the nearby open-plan kitchen and dining area. After conversations with our client, we developed a proposal for a cosy cocoon, with deep navy walls, balanced by board and batten panelling with open shelving to display books and curated accents. We wove natural textures into the visuals, bringing an organic touch that soften the formality, whilst natural light and garden views invite you to sink in with a good book and a morning coffee.
