At Abney and Cove we have developed our Signature Visualisation Service specifically to help people like you. Renovation, self-build and custom-house building projects typically require decisions up-front (often before the room in question even exists)! It’s no surprise that so many of our clients tell us how overwhelming this can be. We often hear that the worry of getting it wrong, can seep all of the joy out of the amazing experience that designing your own home should be.
We know how difficult it can be to plan the electrics in time for first-fix, if you’re not sure where you plan to place that antique brass lamp stand you treasure. Or, to decide on the locations for built-in cabinetry, if you’re undecided if your family heirloom sideboard may be better placed.
Relax - it doesn’t need to be this hard!
What do we need?

This can be in digital format taken from any architectural or builders work plans or something as simple as a rough hand-drawn sketch.

We require basic dimensions to show the size of your room and the location of any windows and doors or other fixed items that may impact the design.

Do you have any saved images or a link to a Pinterest board that shows the ideas you would like to incorporate? If the answer is no, don’t worry - we can help with that too!
